Spring is finally here, and summer is right around the corner! And for a lot of you, that means vacation time ☀️

Our Packing List for a 7 Night Cruise has been popping off, so we're doing a little roundup of the top items from our list in case you've got a cruise planned in the months to come. Most of these items can be used for non-cruise trips also though!

🔌 Cruise Approved Extension Cord: Hotels and cruises never have enough outlets in the room. This extension cord doesn't have a surge protector, making it safe to use on cruises. People regularly buy this from our packing list!

⚡ Power Bank: You don't want to go on an awesome excursion and your phone die halfway through. Amanda likes this power bank because it has multiple cord types to charge multiple devices. Kayla is obsessed with this power bank because it's cordless and just magnetically attaches to the back of your MagSafe phone.

🌬️ Travel Fan: Nobody likes to sleep in a hot hotel room or cruise cabin. Having a little travel fan with you can really make or break whether or not you get a good nights sleep away from home.

​This one has been all over TikTok and definitely lives up to the hype. It oscillates and has a remote control so you can be extra lazy and control it from bed. Kayla used it on her last cruise to Mexico and in Egypt! You can see her show off all its features HERE.

👣 Sandals: Amanda takes her trusty Birkenstock sandals on every single trip. They are so comfy and durable! She's literally worn them all over the world.

Kayla likes her Teva Tirra sandals for hiking and outdoor activities (water sport approved!).

For a sandal that can be worn for all occasions, the Taos Big Time Sandals are fantastic. This might surprise some of you since we shared in a previous newsletter that Kayla had bought them and didn't think she liked them. But after wearing them on our recent trip to Egypt, she was incredibly impressed by how comfy they are and how her feet never hurt while trekking all over the uneven terrain of Egypt.

💦 Downy Wrinkle Release Spray: Amanda could honestly be a spokesperson for this stuff. She takes it on every. single. trip. and her clothes stay wrinkle free because of it.

💩 Poopourri: Listen. Cruise cabins are realllllly small. You don't want to be the person stinking up the place. Bring this to avoid embarrassing smells (honestly, bring it on every trip - especially if you'll be sharing the space with someone!). Funnily enough, more people bought this than any other item from any of our packing lists in 2025.

📱 Waterproof Phone Pouch: Going on a cruise usually means a lot of water-based excursions. Whether you've got a beach day planned, or snorkeling, or kayaking, a waterproof phone case will give you peace of mind that your phone + other small valuables don't get ruined.

🦵🏻 Gold Bond Friction Defense Stick: There's a reason 40k people have given this glowing reviews. Because it actually works. When you aren’t wearing pants or shorts that are long enough to protect your inner thighs, this is a must have item. Ain't nobody got time for chub rub.

🛡️ Trip Insurance: You've heard us say it a million times. It's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. We personally like to use Faye travel insurance. Whichever provider you choose though, just make sure it includes cruises (Faye has a cruise add-on package option!).
